- It is possible for oil to seep through the electrical harness connected to the stator. In such a situation it may be possible for small amounts of oil to leak from the harness' upper connector. In extreme cases there is a small possibility that oil may make contact with the rear tyre. This may createa loss of control of the motorcycle. Remedy: Seal the electrical harness connected to the stator.
