We are conducting a voluntary recall due to the risk of false-negative results in actual specimens. We are expanding the scope of the recall to include lots where defects have recently been confirmed, as well as lots where, although no defects have been observed to date, we cannot rule out the possibility of similar defects occurring in the future.
