Recall Summary LED light-up hover soccer balls with foam bumpers made in China are being recalled in South Korea because they contain dangerous levels of lead and phthalate chemicals in their plastic parts. Lead levels measured 6.8 times higher than allowed, and phthalate levels ranged from 4 to 276 times above safe limits, posing risks of skin and eye damage, nervous system problems, and liver and kidney damage. Consumers who own these toys should stop using them immediately.
