Citroen Zx: Clutch Lever May Foul Engine Wiring
Recall Summary Citroën is recalling 1,632 ZX vehicles because the clutch lever can interfere with a plastic clip that holds the engine wiring harness in place. If this happens, the clip may open and the wiring harness could be damaged by the clutch lever. The fix involves replacing the original clip with a nylon strap to provide proper clearance.

- Vehicles: CITROEN ZX. Units affected: 1,632
- Reason
- There is a possibility that the clutch lever may foul a moulded clip which secures the engine wiring harness. Should this occur the clip may open releasing the harness and making it liable to chafing and damage by the clutch lever. Remedy: Recall the affected vehicles and substitute a nylon fixing strap for the original moulded harness clip. This will ensure adequate operating clearance for the clutch lever.
