Health hazards: 放射線治療において、本不具合が発生した場合、誤った呼吸振幅で放射線治療機器側から照射する可能性があり ます。しかしながら、本不具合により、明らかに異なるゲーティング位置に設定され、正しいゲーティング位置 の呼吸パターンに対して大きなズレが生じた場合は、当該医療機器のワークフローにおいて、使用者が照射前に その異常を確認できるため、重篤な健康被害が発生しません。尚、現在までのところ本不具合による健康被害の 発生は国内及び海外ともに報告されていない。
