- Regarding Tobrasin Injection 90 mg, we received reports from medical institutions that black foreign matter had been found in unopened vials. Upon investigating the cause, we determined that the contamination resulted from damage to equipment used in the manufacturing process. Consequently, since we cannot rule out the possibility of foreign matter (fluororubber) contamination in some vials manufactured on the same production line, we are voluntarily recalling the product.
