- During production of the vehicles concerned an electrical relay was not connected to the halt (or door) brake. As a result excessive air pressure can be applied to the rear brakes if the service brake is operated whilst the parking and halt brakes are Remedy: The single operator involved will connect the relay to the halt brake to prevent compounding if the service brake is applied.
