Ford Galaxy: The Rear Suspension Toe Link Could Corrode Over Time Leading To Reduced Material And Load Capacity And Finally Breakage Of The Bolt

Ford is recalling 78,882 Galaxy and S-Max vehicles because the rear suspension toe link bolt can corrode over time, weakening it until it breaks. The bolt's corrosion reduces its strength and load capacity, which can eventually cause it to fail. Ford will replace the bolt with an alternative version from a different supplier.
