Recall Summary Dacia is recalling approximately 1,300 Duster vehicles due to a wiring issue in the horn system's fuse box. Flange nuts in the fuse box can seize and become loose, which may cause electrical cables to disconnect and create arcing that could disable the horn, unexpectedly deploy airbags, or cause a fire.
