Three medical devices distributed by Heiwa Bussan Co., Ltd. are being recalled due to labeling errors on the product packages: pacemaker cables used to connect heart electrodes to external pacemakers, blood coagulation test cartridges, and electrode patches for transmitting electrical signals during medical procedures. The labeling errors do not affect the products' safety, effectiveness, or quality, and no health problems have been reported. Affected lots were distributed between April 2024 and December 2024.
