Volvo Car S40: Reduced Braking Performance

Volvo is recalling 8 vehicles (S40, C30, V50, and C70 models) sold in the United Kingdom because the brake master cylinder may develop an internal leak, which could reduce braking performance when the brake pedal is pressed. The remedy involves inspecting and possibly replacing the brake master cylinder, checking the brake fluid reservoir, and cleaning affected pipes.
