Recall Summary Five ERWIN HYMER GROUP caravans (Elddis Buccaneer Cruiser, Avante 860 connoisseur, Affinity 554, and Affinity 550 models) built between August 12 and October 3, 2024 are affected by a recall due to improperly calibrated equipment used when fastening the chassis during manufacturing. The chassis fixings may not be tightened to the correct specification. The manufacturer will contact registered owners to inspect and re-tighten the chassis fixings as needed, performing the work at the owner's home or storage location.

This affects caravans built between 12th August 2024 and 3rd October 2024. Remedy: Recheck and where necessary tighten chassis fixings with a correctly calibrated torque tool. The Manufacturer will contact all registered owners and undertake the rework on their vehicles at their home address or place of storage.
