- During the 9-month stability monitoring of Montelukast Tablets 10 mg "Sawai" (Lot No. 724902), dissolution test results failed to meet the approved specifications. Following an investigation, we determined that we cannot rule out the possibility that the dissolution profile of this product—including other lots—may fail to meet the approved specifications within its shelf life. Therefore, we have decided to voluntarily recall all lots within the product’s shelf life.
