Let Canada's Food Guide Help With Your Resolutions About Healthy Eating

I can't summarize this as a recall because the item you've provided isn't actually a recall notice. It appears to be an article or promotional content about Canada's Food Guide and healthy eating resolutions, not a product safety recall. To help you, please provide an actual recall notice that includes information about a specific product being recalled, the reason for the recall, and which consumers are affected.
