- The vehicle was homologated with a specific type of seat frame fixing kit. The convertor has now established that the seat frame manufacturer has supplied seat frames with the incorrect specification fixing kit which mean that the current installation does not meet type approval. More over they are concerned that if a vehicle was involved in a collision the seat occupants may not be correctly restrained. Remedy: Recall all affected vehicle for the fitment of the correct seat frame fixing kit.
