- Yamaha Motor Co. have identified a potential defect whereby the oil delivery pipe to the transmission may possibly become displaced. The reduced level of lubrication may then in extreme cases cause transmission components to seize. Remedy: Recall potentially affected motorcycles and fit a retaining plate to the oil delivery pipe.
