- Reason
- There is a possibility that one mounting hole has been missed from the towbar side bracket. Although there have not been any reported incidents it is possible that long term use may cause damage to the chassis which could result in a chassis failure. Remedy: Recall all affected units and inspect unit. If it is found that the side bracket does not have the correct number of mounting then the side bracket will be replaced with a new one.
