Recall Summary Certain Mercedes-Benz E-Class vehicles produced between May 2017 and January 2022 are being recalled due to a sealing defect that can allow coolant to leak into the vacuum system. This leakage can increase exhaust emissions and create a fire risk from overheating. The fix involves a software update to the coolant pump and replacement of the electric switching valve.
