- We have discovered that the packaging for Lot 13188360 of the Replace Select Tapered PMC NP 3.5x11.5mm (Product Number 37302) contains the incorrect cover screw. The incorrect cover screw cannot be attached to the included implant and is therefore unsuitable for clinical use. As it does not meet the intended use, we are conducting a voluntary recall.
