- Reason
- The rear suspension wishbone may not be correctly secured to the rear upright. It is required to fix the wishbone ball joint with a 12mm nut and washer. If the rear suspension has been assembled without the necessary washer this can lead to a suspension system failure which can in turn adversely affect the directional control. Remedy: Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected and check if the subject washers are fitted. Where necessary washers and a new nut will be fitted to the rear suspension.
