Turtle Top: Wheelchair Restraint Retractor May Not Lock (equipment Adaptive/mobility)
Turtle Top is recalling certain 2026 Terra Transit and Odyssey transit buses because the wheelchair restraint retractors may fail to lock properly, which could allow wheelchairs to move during transit. An unsecured wheelchair poses a risk of injury to passengers. Dealers will inspect and replace the retractors at no cost, with owner notification letters expected to arrive June 29, 2026.
