Hyundai Ix20: Corrosion May Affect Handbrake Performance
Hyundai is recalling 5,843 IX20 vehicles in the UK because water can get into the rear brake calipers and cause corrosion, which may prevent the parking brake from holding the vehicle on a hill. Hyundai will either clean the affected parts and replace seals, or install new rear calipers as needed.
