Health hazards: バルプロ酸の測定結果に正誤差を生じて臨床に報告される可能性があります。その場合、バルプロ酸の投与量が 過少となる可能性は否定できませんが、診断は患者の臨床症状やバルプロ酸の投与履歴に基づいて総合的に判断 し、且つ継続的にモニタリングされることから、重篤な健康被害が発生する可能性はないと考えております。な お、現在までに国内外において本事象に関連する健康被害発生報告は受けておりません。

Reason

製造元による調査の結果、ビトロス マイクロチップ VALPの対象ロットにおいて測定結果が経時的に正誤差を生 じる可能性があることが分かりました。このため、対象ロットの自主回収を実施いたします。現在流通中のロッ トの他、既に使用期限が切れたロット35-3174に関しても同様の事象が発生している可能性があります。
