Land Rover Defender, Discovery Sport, Range Rover Evoque, Range Rover Velar - Brandgefahr
Land Rover is recalling Defender, Discovery Sport, Range Rover Evoque, and Range Rover Velar vehicles produced between July 2020 and May 2025 due to a risk of thermal overload in the rear section that could cause smoke and fire. The issue affects plug-in hybrid vehicles and will be remedied through inspection and replacement of the high-voltage battery if needed. This recall applies to vehicles distributed in Germany.
