- It has been identified that the warning label on the inside of the carrier/car seat is missing. This label advises users not to install rearward facing infant seats in a passenger seat which is equipped with a front airbag less it is deactivated. Although the warning label is missing from the seat cover there is one on the seat shell and in the user guide. Remedy: Due to the fact that no direct replacement seats for the Flyte model are available refunds are being offered. however for the Spin model replacement seats are being offered.
