- Reason
- Fractures have been found in the front frame bolster area near the support legs and around the rear cross member of the upper coupler. Remedy: Operators of likely to affected trailers will be contacted and instructed to inspect designated areas of the 20 foot position bolster for weld failure. Should a failure be identified the trailer should be taken out of service with immediate effect. The trailer should not be put back into service until modified by the manufacturer.
