- Reason
- The Actia instrument cluster the dash has been programmed with the incorrect software. This may result in the driver not receiving any warnings regarding defects within the vehicles brake system as the software will not illuminate warning lights indicating brake system fault codes. This could in extreme cases result a reduction in braking efficiency. Remedy: Recall all affected vehicles and reprogram the Actia instrument cluster the dash.
