Power Haarspray 3 Wetter hair spray is being recalled because it contains BMHCA, an ingredient that is banned in cosmetic products due to potential risks to reproduction, fetal health, and skin sensitivity. - According to the list of ingredients, the product contains 2-(4-tert-butylbenzyl) propionaldehyde (BMHCA), which is prohibited in cosmetic products.
