- Air from the compressor may freeze up in the spiral cooling pipe and in the pipe upstream of the air dryer or ECAM unit. This could reduce the efficiency of the service brakes. Remedy: Recall affected vehicles and replace the spiral cooling pipe with a shorter version. Also replace the polyamide pipe leading from the steel pipe in the frame to the ECAM unit or to the air dryer by a steel pipe.
