2025 E-one Cyclone - Powertrain

A software issue in certain 2025 and 2026 E-ONE fire trucks could cause the drive pump transfer case to suddenly disengage, resulting in a loss of power to the wheels. This sudden loss of power increases the risk of a crash and could delay emergency response. E-ONE will contact owners by mail and recommend they have the vehicle's multiplex software updated at a dealership.
