Ducati 1198: Brake Fluid May Leak
Ducati is recalling 137 units of the 1198 motorcycle because the brake fluid reservoir pipe may rub against a mounting nut and eventually leak. The leak occurs when the pipe abrades on the mounting nut due to the reservoir's position. Owners in the United Kingdom with affected vehicles will have the mounting nut replaced, a washer added, and the reservoir bracket repositioned.

- The pipe from the brake fluid reservoir to the front brake master cylinder may abrade on a fluid reservoir mounting nut. If the situation is not addressed the pipe could eventually leak brake fluid. Remedy: Recall the machines that are likely to be affected to replace a mounting nut fit an additional washer and reposition the brake fluid reservoir mounting bracket.
