2026 Mack Anthem - Brakes
Mack is recalling approximately 840 trucks from the 2026-2027 model years (Anthem and Pioneer) because rear brake modulator connectors may lack proper wiring protection, which could cause those modulators to short circuit. If this happens, the truck's antilock braking system and electronic stability control could stop working, increasing crash risk. Mack will mail owners instructions to have a dealership inspect and replace the modulators if needed, and install a protective cover on the connectors.
