Jumper Ng
Recall Summary Certain Citroën Jumper NG light commercial vehicles have a software configuration error in the body control module that may prevent it from detecting when indicator light bulbs fail. As a result, the warning lights may not illuminate when they should, which could reduce visibility to other drivers and increase accident risk. This recall affects specific vehicles with VINs between VF7YDDEF9PG069805 and VF7YDF6F6SG024016 distributed in France.

- CITROEN
- Product
- Light commercial vehicle. VIN: VF7YDDEF9PG069805 - VF7YDF6F6SG024016. Jumper NG
- Reason
- Due to a mistranslation of the configuration data between two production systems, the vehicle’s body control module (BCM) may not be correctly configured to detect indicator light failures. If an indicator bulb fails, the BCM may not detect the fault and the warning signal may not illuminate, reducing communication with other road users and increasing the risk of an accident. The product does not comply with the Regulation on the approval and market surveillance of motor vehicles and their trailers, and of systems, components and separate technical units intended for such vehicles.
