- We have confirmed that, during sound field testing using speakers with an audiometer, noise is emitted separately from the test tones. While the noise is not loud enough to cause misdiagnosis, we cannot rule out the possibility that it may affect test results. Additionally, there is a risk that the noise could damage or cause malfunction in customers’ speakers. For this reason, we are recalling the affected products.
