- It has been identified that the Yamaha Accessory Double-T Fat handle bars may not be manufactured from the correct specification material and in extreme circumstances when high forces are placed on it can fail which could result in loss of control of the machine. Remedy: Recall affected machines and replace the handlebar with quality assured components.
