2025 RAM 4500 - Visual System

Recall Summary RAM is recalling approximately 196,840 vehicles from 2025 and 2026 model years (1500, 2500, 3500, 4500, and 5500) equipped with a 12-inch instrument panel cluster due to a software issue that may prevent the cluster screen from displaying when the vehicle starts or while driving. When the screen fails, drivers cannot see important information like gear selection and warning indicators, which could increase crash risk.
