Mitsubishi L200: In Extreme Cases Fire May Occur
Mitsubishi is recalling 3,133 L200 vehicles in the United Kingdom because a defect in the power seat reclining lever can cause it to stick, allowing electric current to continuously flow through the reclining motor and generate excessive heat. In extreme cases, this heat buildup could damage the seat cushion and surrounding parts. Mitsubishi will replace the affected reclining levers and seat adjuster assemblies as needed.
