- Reason
- The circlip which holds the spring loaded thermostatic element in the oil pump housing may work loose and cause oil to leak out and make its way to the rear wheel whilst the motorcycle is ridden and may place safety of rider at risk. Remedy: Recall affected motorcycles and check circlip location. If faulty oil thermostat unit will be replaced.
