- Due to an inadequacy in the manufacturing process at a foreign manufacturer, it was discovered that some of the products in the lot in question had insufficiently bonded carbon dioxide gas-supplying tubes. If the adhesion is insufficient, the gas pressure generated at the time of output could cause carbon dioxide gas to leak into the outer white tube, which could lead to the white tube rupturing.
