Iveco Daily: Loss Of Braking Efficiency
IVECO Daily Recall Summary IVECO is recalling 146 Daily vehicles because a brake pipe may not be properly secured to the vehicle's bulkhead, which could cause it to vibrate loose and crack under certain conditions. - It has been identified that a brake pipe may have been incorrectly secured to the bulkhead with a plastic clip. As a consequence; under certain circumstancesthe brake pipes can vibrate out of the clips and could fracture resulting in a loss of braking efficiency. Remedy: Recalled vehicles will be fitted with a steel securing bracket which will have the addition of rubber insulation.
