Consumer Summary Children's folding bikes designed for ages 2-9 are being recalled because multiple parts contain lead levels up to 20 times higher than safe limits, cadmium at 3.7 times the safe level, and harmful plasticizers at levels up to 321 times the allowed amount. These toxic substances can cause skin and eye problems, nerve damage, kidney damage, and reduced learning ability in children. The affected bikes were imported from China and distributed in South Korea.
