弊社内での定期バリデーションにおいて、滅菌前の菌数（バイオバーデン）が例年を上回る結果が確認されまし た。これにより、電子線滅菌の検定線量試験にて陽性数が合格基準を満たさない結果となりました。 規定の無菌状態を維持するための基準に達していない懸念あるため安全性を最優先に考慮して自主回収を実施い たします。
