Certain 2026 and 2027 IC BUS CE school buses may have wheelchair tie-down retractors that don't lock properly, which could allow a wheelchair to move during a crash and increase injury risk. International Motors will send owners a notice instructing them to take their bus to a dealership for inspection and replacement of the retractors if needed. The recall affects 38 vehicles in Canada.
