Coach And Equipment Mfg: Wheelchair Restraint Retractor May Not Lock (equipment Adaptive/mobility)
Coach and Equipment is recalling certain 2025-2026 Phoenix and 2026 Metrolite buses because their wheelchair retractors may fail to lock properly, which could allow wheelchairs to move around during transit. This poses a risk of injury to passengers. Dealers will inspect and replace the faulty retractors at no cost to owners.
