Land Rover is recalling certain Defender and Discovery vehicles manufactured between January 20-30, 2026 because the fuel tank walls are thinner than specification in the area around the fuel inlet check valve. In a crash, this could cause the tank to rupture, leak fuel, and create a fire hazard. The remedy is replacement of the fuel tank.
