- Reason
- The air bag ECU mounting bracket for RHD configured vehicles with airbag is incorrectly positioned in the vehicle. The consequence of this is that the ECU will be incorrectly mounted and therefore will not function correctly and as expected in a road traffic accident where the impact is over 12 mph. thereby increasing the risk to the driver. Remedy: Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected to remount the ECU and re route the wiring harness.
