Mazda Mazda3: Software Error Can Cause Engine To Fail
A software error in certain Mazda3, Mazda2, and CX-3 vehicles prevents the engine from shutting off when it reaches maximum speed with no load, which could cause engine failure. The issue affects 14,574 vehicles distributed in the United Kingdom. Mazda will fix the problem by reprogramming the engine protection software.
