Land Rover Defender: Braking Imbalance May Make Vehicle Unstable

Land Rover Defender Recall Summary Land Rover is recalling 2,332 Defender vehicles in the United Kingdom because the bolts that secure the front and rear wheel hubs may not meet specifications and could break. If the bolts fail, they could cause noise, vibration, wheel lock, or damage to the brake disc, and in severe cases the wheel hub could become loose on the axle, making the vehicle unstable. The company will replace all front and rear wheel hub bolts and repair any components damaged by bolt failure.
