- Following an internal investigation by the overseas manufacturer, we have determined that users of the Dexcom G6 app [iOS v1.11.2] or [iOS v1.12.0] on Apple mobile devices (such as iPhones) may experience a situation where the app does not update to the latest data and instead displays outdated data. This issue may occur when switching the Dexcom G6 app from the background to the foreground on a display device such as a smartphone.
