Vehicles: MERCEDES BENZ BUS CITARO. Units affected: 120
Reason
It has been identified that the bonding on the glass panel of the rear left upper maintenance flap may not be to specification. This may allow the glass to vibrate and can result in either the failure (shattering) of the glass panel or the detachment of the glass panel from the frame. This can cause a risk to other road users following the vehicle. Remedy: Recall all affected vehicles and fit rubber buffers an additional retention medium and protective film.
